Wet Leg joins host Raina Douris
In 2021, the duo Wet Leg released their single “Chaise Longue,” which racked up millions of streams and landed them a record deal – before they’d even released an EP! They’re the kind of band people like to say came out of nowhere, but in reality, Wet Leg’s story began ten years ago. On the World Cafe, Rhian Teasdale and Hester Chambers, who both hail from the Isle of Wight, talk about their journey and how the pair handled their sudden fame.
