Member Services Manager
Supervise and oversee customer service for all levels of Membership. Manage all benefits and services provided for members including premiums, MemberCards, e-newsletters and events. Manage the mid-level donor program. Create and manage a Young Friends program. Provide cultivation and research assistance for the Major Gifts Director.
Bachelors Degree required; Marketing, Communications or English preferred. A minimum of three to five years advanced customer service experience, staff supervision, and events planning required. Extraordinary communication and writing skills a must. Deep understanding of XPN listening community preferred. Familiarity with web based applications allowing for social networking a plus. MS Office computer skills and data entry experience required.
