Los Lonely Boys - Sacred - Epic

The Tejas brothers are back with their second album, and those of us who enjoyed the Garzas great harmonies, engaging tunes, and guitar-hero leads will not be disappointed by Sacred.

There's certainly no new ground broken here, but all of the above elements are in fine working order for their sophomore effort. Songs like the first single "Diamonds" along with tunes like "My Way" and "Roses" are quintessential Los Lonely Boys (if a band this young can have anything that could be considered "quintessential" in the first place).

Those of us who have seen these guys live can attest to the fact that they can certainly deliver on stage, and Sacred should garner them a considerable amount of media play. If all that works out - and they can retain their consistency - Los Lonely Boys could be an American band that's around for a long, long time.
