Dinosaur Jr.

Dinosaur Jr. Brantley Gutierrez
I Bet on Sky, the recent release by alt-rock band Dinosaur Jr. has generated highly favorable reviews for its explosive energy and its perfect use of feedback and distortion. Attempting to reemerge in the rock scene, the band spent a significant amount of time crafting and strategically engineering its albums following the trio’s reunion. Performing at a variety of well-known music venues, the trio has been sharpening their musical talent in order to capture the attention of all music aficionados.

Drawing heavily from music legends such as Mick Jagger, the Rolling Stones and Motorhead, the trio has recently received a plethora of accolades for its musical detail that resonates in all of its recent albums. And the band's frontman J Mascis has been deemed the 5th best guitarist of all time in 2012 (Spin Magazine). To promote the release of their new album, the band is currently leading a worldwide tour. With so much momentum and so much praise from critical acclaimers, there is no doubt that Dinosaur Jr. holds impeccable talent. Enjoy this World Cafe session with Dinosaur Jr. playing live on World Cafe.
