Brooklyn-based four-piece Parquet Courts will be joining us for this week's Free At Noon concert at World Cafe Live on Friday. The punk rockers released their third studio album, Sunbathing Animal, this past June and recently made a splash when they announced that another album will be following, Content Nausea, but under the moniker Parkay Quarts, which focuses more on the collaborative work of Andrew Savage and Austin Brown. The release date is set for Nov. 11th. Parkay Quarts will be holding it's own shows along with their other titles, Parquet Courts and PCPC, their collaboration with PC Worship. The foursome will also be playing PhilaMOCA Saturday, November 8th in promotion of the new album. RSVP for Friday's Free At Noon at XPN.org or tune in to your radio next Friday.
