Joining us this week for Free at Noon is Jonatha Brooke. The Boston singer-songwriter got her start in the early nineties while at Amherst, performing in a duo called The Story. Ten solo records and two decades later, Brooke has now completed a very different kind of project. My Mother Has 4 Noses is an album and stage play that chronicles Brooke's experiences while caring for her mother, who was diagnosed with Alzheimers and moved in with her daughter in 2010. The play opened off Broadway in February of last year and comes to People's Light in Malvern for a run of dates in June. Join us at World Cafe Live for this special Free at Noon performance by RSVP-ing or tune into the live broadcast at 88.5FM and XPN.org.
