This summer, American solo act Rayland Baxter released his debut full-length album Imaginary Man. The country-inspired record helped solidify Baxter as a bona fide up and comer in the alt-country scene. This more polished work retains much of the organic sound of some of Baxter’s earlier work while fine-tuning the aspects that promise to make his career a long and fruitful one.
