Job Descriptions and Shift Selections – Part 1

The jobs listed in Part 1 require volunteers who are outgoing, have a flexible service attitude, a sense of humor, and love interacting with LOTS of people!

If the above describes you and your interests, then please select from the list of jobs in this section, then select the shifts you are interested in.

Job Selections for Customer Service in Part 1 only:

1.  Beverage Volunteers pour and dispense beverages to the members in the member area.
2.  Floaters assist the Volunteer Coordinator during the day in areas where extra help is needed. Be prepared to help in any area or with a random task!
3.  Kids Corner Volunteers act primarily as greeters and information guides and will be stationed in the Camden Children's Garden. You may find yourself putting on temporary tattoos, helping people find various attractions, and guiding traffic flow through meet and greet sessions. In addition, there are a few setup positions and some merchandise sales slots.
4.  Greeters are stationed at the entrances to the festival to greet event goers, answer questions, hand out flyers or put wristbands on event goers.
5.  Membership help with a variety of tasks from selling merchandise, signing up new members, to assisting members at the entrance.
6.  Tattooists are stationed throughout the festival to put temporary tattoos on people attending the festival.
7.  Volunteer Check-In help check in all volunteers for the day.

Job Descriptions and Shift Selections – Part 2

The jobs listed in Part 2 require volunteers who have the strength to lift up to 50lbs., have endurance, have a sense of humor, can take direction well, can work well under stress with staff, other volunteers, business supporters, and others.

Shift Selection & Job Selection:

1.  Festival Set-Up and Break-Down Volunteers help set up before the festival begins and help breakdown once the festival is over. Large vehicles are needed to help transport supplies from WXPN to Wiggens Park!
