Washington, D.C. Today, WXPN, the nationally recognized leader in Triple A music and a noncommercial radio service of the University of Pennsylvania, NPR and 11 other NPR Member stations are launching NPR Music, a new, free, comprehensive multimedia music Web site at www.NPR.org/music Featuring on-air and online content aggregated from all participating stations as well as original materials such as interviews, reviews, blogs and live performances, this new site permits users to explore, experience and enjoy all the music genres that are found on public radio.

Incident at Wiggins Park on July 21,2007

The XPoNential Music Festival will go on as scheduled today, Sunday, July 22 despite a continued police investigation into an incident that took place yesterday.

Around 8:15pm on Saturday, a driver lost control of his vehicle on the roadway outside of Wiggins Park where the XpoNential Music Festival was taking place.

Philadelphia, PA – July 16, 2007 – WXPN, the nationally recognized leader in Triple A music and a noncommercial radio service of the University of Pennsylvania, today announced the launch of a campaign titled The 885 Most Memorable Musical Moments, a multimedia polling event where listeners list and discuss their favorite music moments. The campaign runs from today through October 19th and features three distinct phases.
