Los Lonely Boys - Forgiven - Epic

It's been almost four years since the release of the self-titled Grammy-award winning debut from Austin roots rockers Los Lonely Boys. Brothers Henry, Jojo and Ringo Garza have returned with their third album, Forgiven, and it is colored with a slightly different shade of roots-rock, due in large part to the decision to work with producer/drummer Steve Jordan.

LLB\'s signature sounds of wailing blues-rock guitar, brotherly harmony, R&B influenced songs and tales of love are still present, but Jordan has toned down the slick production of the band's previous work. Jordan's trick was to set up the band in the studio as they do on stage to and to capture that live feeling. The result is a more organic and spirited feeling and sound on the album. A treat on the album is their cover of \"I\'m A Man" by the Spencer Davis Group, and songs including "Loving You Always," and "Heart Won't Tell A Lie."
