The Kills
The Kills join host David Dye on the World Café with songs from their latest release, Midnight Boom. Determined sound experimenters, this punk-pop duo brings their gritty minimalist style to the quirky chants and handclap beats of ‘60s schoolyard games. With a provocative delivery oozing attitude and tension, the pair adds an element of danger to child’s play, creating an album that feels rough, raw, and undeniably hip.
