Atlantic City is having something of a live music renaissance in the wake of the pandemic, between the opening of Anchor Rock Club, jam band gigs on the beach, and now the indie-oriented Frantic City festival, announced today.

Headlined by Yo La Tengo, Snail Mail, and Car Seat headrest, the festival features a roster of punk and DIY heavy-hitters, including The Raveonettes, Rocket From The Crypt, and Philly-rooted power trio Control Top.

The one-day fest happens on Saturday, September 24th at Orange Loop Amphitheater, and will also feature food trucks, vendors, and host Fred Armisen.

Tickets go on sale Friday, April 10th at 10 a.m. at the festival website, franticcitynj.com.
