The Kate Bush love keeps on coming. Since her song “Running Up That Hill” was featured on the fourth season of Netflix’s hit series Stranger Things in May, the eclectic 80s songwriter has returned to public consciousness. In tandem with this recent trend, there will be Philly’s first The Most Wuthering Heights Day Ever event, hosted in FDR Park as a benefit for Philly AIDS Thrift.

The global event occurs on July 30th, and is celebrated by Kate Bush fans in masses dressed as the pop singer in her 1978 music video for “Wuthering Heights.” The event kicks off at 11 am in the #20 Park Picnic Area, and donations to Philly AIDS Thrift and Giovanni’s Room will be accepted in cash and Venmo payments.

Come dressed as Kate in her iconic long, red dress to be a part of the global phenomenon and donate to a great cause – Philly AIDS Thrift has long benefited local HIV/AIDS services in the Philadelphia area. And get acquainted with the song’s choreography by watching the video below.
