Adored country singer-songwriter Brandi Carlile isn’t just bringing her upcoming deluxe album In The Canyon Haze to Laurel Canyon; tomorrow, she’s bringing Laurel Canyon to us.
On Wednesday, September 28th, Carlile will be performing a one-night-only IMAX Live concert that will be broadcast around the country. In the Canyon Haze – Live from Laurel Canyon will feature all songs from the upcoming record, including new versions of each track from last year’s In These Silent Days, tailored to match the show’s historic Californian surroundings. Apparently, there may even be a very special cover of “Space Oddity” to look forward to.
The film will be directed by Sam Wrench, who’s also been worked on live concert recordings for artists like Billie Eilish and Mary J. Blige. Tickets can be found here for the screening at the AMC Neshaminy 24, which is located in the Neshaminy Mall, 3900 Rockhill Dr. The concert begins at 9 p.m. EST.
