The Blues Show with Jonny Meister: 11/23/24

Harmonica player and singer Mikey Junior released his album Traveling North in early October of this year. He hails from the WXPN listening area and hosts a blues jam every Sunday from 5 PM to 9 PM at The Twisted Tail on South 2nd Street in Philadelphia. Mikey and other Philly-area artists — The Girke-Davis Band, Mark Margolies, Slim and the Perkolators, and Lonnie Shields are set to perform on Sunday, December 8th at Jamey’s House Of Music from 12 PM to 5 PM in Lansdowne. This will benefit local blues player Tom Craig who is currently in treatment for a brain tumor. If you feel so inclined, you can donate to Craig’s GoFundMe HERE.
