Job Description Summary
WXPN is looking for a Sales Representative to generate and cultivate new business support for our signal in the Northwestern, NJ region. This employee will be working from a home office located in the XPJ listening area with weekly visits to WXPN primary office in Philadelphia. Must have personal vehicle and valid driver's license for client visits.

Job Description
Under the direction of the Sales Director, s/he will design and implement sales efforts targeting to potential corporate sponsors for local programming, events, digital assets and prospect for new business. Manage current accounts to ensure timely collection and to increase renewal revenue. Perform other work as needed, including compiling personal weekly sales an activities reports, and work with the traffic department to ensure the contract confirmations are accurate and that sponsorship announcements are written, approved, scheduled and run appropriately.

BA/BS or equivalent education required. At least two years of hands-on experience in sales, corporate promotions or marketing required. Experience with selling media will be an asset.
