On the longest day of the year – June 21, the summer solstice – all of Philadelphia will celebrate music in spontaneous and unexpected yet highly authentic ways, with all kinds of artists performing in all kinds of indoor and outdoor venues.
JUNE 28 & 29: KindieComm (World Cafe Live, Philadelphia)
WXPN's award-winning Kids Corner program is pleased to debut KindieComm, a new annual, national gathering of those involved with or who support the Kindie music community by creating, distributing and promoting independent music for kids.
JULY 25-27: 2014 XPoNential Music Festival presented by Subaru (Wiggins Park & Susquehanna Bank Center, Camden, NJ)
The area's premier summer music festival will again features three days of music from outstanding artists and loads of family fun.
