Tre Burt joins host Stephen Kallao

Tre Burt’s latest album, Traffic Fiction, is a loving tribute to the Sacramento musician’s late grandfather. The record is inspired by the music the two of them would listen to as they drove around town. On the World Cafe, Tre joins us to talk about that Motown and soul sound, and why he decided to travel to Canada to write songs.

Listen to the session here.
