David Shaw joins New Orleans Correspondent Gwen Thompkins

When David Shaw got serious about music, he thought about moving to New York, Los Angeles, or Nashville, but after a visit to New Orleans, the choice was made. He planted roots in the Big Easy and co-founded his band, The Revivalists. Little did he know at the time that they would tour the world, open for The Rolling Stones, and have hits like “Wish I Knew You.” Now, David Shaw is set to release his first solo album this Spring.
