Nickelback joins host Raina Douris

Nickelback may be one of the most successful bands of the last decade. They have also been the subject of a lot of jokes and bashing. On the World Cafe, they talk about what it means to be so popular and so polarizing. Plus, the band discusses the inspiration behind some of their songs including their early big hits, like “How You Remind Me.” A new documentary about the band will be in theaters next week.

Listen to the session here.
