World Cafe 30th Anniversary show with host Stephen Kallao

This year, World Cafe is celebrating 30 years of musical discovery on public radio! On the next anniversary episode, we’ll go back into the archives to 2017, when Dan Wilson shared about writing Semisonic’s massive hit, “Closing Time.” We’ll hear that conversation, plus, a memorable interview with The Black Keys. They visited the Cafe for the first time in 2004, when Patrick Carney and Dan Auerbach were just a blues duo from Akron, Ohio.
