David Gray’s new record was inspired by a quest for spiritual solace – There is a set of rocky islands off the coast of western Ireland, where medieval monks would go to isolate from the world and be closer to God. Gray’s album is named for that remote area – It’s called Skellig, and it’s a soul-nourishing collection of songs. We’ll hear some of the new music performed live in a special mini-concert with David Gray.
