Courtney Barnett joins host Raina Douris

Courtney Barnett may be best known for her vulnerable lyrics and clever wordplay, but her latest album is entirely instrumental. End of the Day is a collection of songs that Barnett originally composed as the score for Anonymous Club, the documentary about her life. On the World Cafe, Barnett talks about why stripping her music of lyrics was refreshing, and what it’s like to see your life unfold on the big screen.
