Energized electro-punk two-piece Ghösh have a new single out today and they’re making no mystery of what they want to achieve.

Consider these bars Symphony Spell delivers on the high-BPM drum and bass frenzy “Ghettoblaster”: “This beat is going off ’cause dance is my religion / If you’re standing then you’re sinning / Move!” Or from its companion, “Test My Raver,” a ripper reminiscent of early 90s Prodigy: “And I hope the last dance never comes / And I’ll help the moon to fight the sun / From the east to the west I’ll be a mess / No stress: I choose deliciousness.”

It’s a terrific call to get up, get on the dancefloor, and get in motion, and you have a couple chances to do that with the Philly duo over the next few months. On August 27th, Ghösh opens for My Chemical Romance’s show at UBS Arena in Belmont Park, Long Island; they’ll also share the stage with Screaming Females at Philly Music Fest on October 13th, and will appear on the Key Studio Sessions on August 23rd.
