Rising Sun Presents expanding into Baltimore by taking over iconic venue
Baltimore’s The 8×10 was set to shutter permanently at the end of June. But Philly’s Rising Sun Presents stepped in to keep the beloved venue alive with some new upgrades and a wider range of artists coming for gigs.
