Sustainers Get More
Giving monthly is the easiest and most efficient way to give. It is also the most reliable for XPN, so Sustaining Members receive extra benefits including a special annual thank-you gift, contest invitations, and other surprises.
A Club for Record Lovers
If you like to feel the music — hold it, drop the needle and hear the crackle and pop of a record — this group is for you. Join Mike Vasilikos, host of the XPN Midday Show, and like-minded friends.
Includes: Basic Member Benefits*; 4 albums per year plus any XPN-produced vinyl; invites to special events.
Because these benefits are tailor-made for the Vinyl Club, this affinity group does not include eligibility for benefits at the Member Plus, Premium, or Platinum levels. Annual tax letter
All eligible supporters receive a charitable donation receipt in January, via email. If you need a copy or have a question, contact us. Please note: donations via Donor Advised Fund or QCD do not receive tax receipts.
Give from outside the US
Interested donors outside of the United States can donate to WXPN via the University of Pennsylvania’s Giving Portal. WXPN receives the donation at the end of the month in which it is made, so there is a slight delay.
Cancelling a membership
You can stop your sustaining membership at any time by contacting Member Services. If you selected a benefit at the time of your initial gift, WXPN fulfills it in good faith that you will remain a sustaining member for at least 12 months. If you cancel early, WXPN reserves the right to revoke promised benefits.
Giving via DAF or QCD
If you make a gift via a Donor Advised Fund, IRA distribution, or other Qualified Charitable Distribution, you must waive all tangible benefits in accordance with IRS regulations. Questions? Email xpngiving@xpn.org.
Thank-you gift status
Thank-you gifts are mailed based on availability and receipt of payment. Expect your gift(s) within 4–8 weeks of full payment or the first installment. If they have not arrived after 8 weeks, please contact Member Services.
Member merchandise and thank-you gifts
WXPN merchandise is usually available only as a thank-you gift to members. Current members can make an additional donation and receive additional thank-you gifts; merchandise is not sold separately.

Double Your Impact
Employer Matching. Many employers match charitable contributions. Check with your HR department – doubling your gift costs you nothing extra.
Give from Your DAF
Donor-Advised Fund. UPenn EIN 23-1352685. Note the designation as WXPN and notify us so we can acknowledge your gift. Grants from DAFs are not eligible for additional tax deduction and may not receive membership benefits including complimentary Festival passes, concert tickets, etc.
We strongly recommend asking your advisor to direct your DAF gift to UPenn via ACH to avoid delays with your gift reaching WXPN.
