A seven piece R&B / soul band from the Pacific Northwest, The Dip released its third album, Sticking With It, in March of 2022. Mining the sounds of Stax / Volt with a brass section reminiscent of the Tower of Power horns, with lively vocals from frontperson Tom Eddy, The Dip is an instant dance party, bringing fresh sounds with a touch of rock to their retro-soul. The Dip was named a WXPN Artist to Watch in May of 2022, with appearances on the agenda for NON-COMM and XPoNential Music Festival.
