After nearly 40 years, WXPN’s Kids Corner has ended and its beloved host Kathy O’Connell is retired.
It goes without saying after decades of entertaining Philly-area youth, Kids Corner and O’Connell deserve a proper send off. That’s where O’Connell’s friends and Kids Corner regulars Trout Fishing in America come in.
Keith Grimwood and Ezra Idlet of Trout Fishing in America will be here at The Music Hall at World Stage for Free At Noon this Friday to say goodbye to the cherish program and its host.
