Tune in to a mini-concert with Brother Wallace
Today, we’re introducing you to Brother Wallace, and he’s got a pretty remarkable story.
He started playing piano in church in Georgia when he was just 11 years old, and by 14, he was directing a 100-person choir. Wallace went on to become an educator, directing student choirs and bands, before connecting with Dan Taylor of the British soul band The Heavy.
Wallace was still teaching K-12 music when he recorded his debut album, Electric Love, at Peter Gabriel‘s Real World Studios in England.
Today, Brother Wallace joins us for a mini-concert featuring songs from Electric Love.
