Back in May, we told you about how Philadelphia Music Alliance, Philly Music Fest, and we at WXPN were expanding the popular music industry networking series Inside Hustle to include monthly themed iterations. Now, the next installment is on the books, and it’s the series’ flagship event.

Inside Hustle will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Oct. 10 at Drexel University’s URBN Center, 3501 Market St. in Philadelphia. Register to attend for free online here.

Presented in partnership with Philadelphia Music Alliance and Drexel University’s Antoinette Westphal College of Media Arts & Design, Inside Hustle is an event for emerging artists and aspiring music industry professionals to learn directly from people working across the music industry and make meaningful connections.

This year’s event will feature a series of panels, presentations, and fireside chats designed to offer insight into different aspects of the music industry, including live music, recording, radio, marketing, artist support, and more.

The full schedule and list of featured speakers will be released at a later date, so stay tuned!

Additinoally, Inside hustle will also feature programming for artists looking to take the next step in their careers, as well as those looking to break into the music business.

Inside Hustle’s ethos is all about bringing Philadelphia’s music community together, creating opportunities to share knowledge, build relationships, and strengthen the city’s growing music ecosystem.

Attendees will have plenty of time throughout the day to meet artists and industry professionals at all stages of their careers. So whether you’re building a career onstage, behind the scenes, or somewhere in between, come ready to learn, ask questions, and make connections.
