A Sunny Day in Glasgow release new video for “In Love With Useless”
After the release of their new LP Sea When Absent earlier this week, A Sunny Day in Glasgow has shared a new video for “In Love With Useless (The Timeless Geometry in the Tradition of Passing).”
With an unquestionable sense of euphoria, the video is an art collage of outdoor scenes, cutting between shots of leaves, clouds and the band playing with some kids on a playground as vocalist Jen Goma sings “I feel so happy I’m in love with useless.” The new record was recorded with Jeff Zeigler at his Uniform Recording studio here in Philadelphia and it is the bi-continental outfit’s first effort of new material in four years, following 2010’s Autumn Again.
