PRESS PLAY: New Albums out March 4th!

February 2022 was one of the busiest months for album releases in recent memory. If you were hoping that March would offer some reprieve, well I have got bad (good) news. Recent Free at Noon guests MICHELLE make their hook-filled debut with After Dinner We Talk Dreams. Things Are Great is the bright and sparkling sixth album from Band of Horses; their first in six years. London artist Nilüfer Yanya packs in a mountain of ideas (and makes it sound easy) on PAINLESS. Seattle party-starters The Dip get things shaking on Sticking With It.
Trailblazing vocalist Cécile McLorin Salvant‘s Ghost Song is a collection of haunted originals and cursed covers. Contrasting last year’s Ignorance, The Weather Station returns with the sparse and arresting How is it That I Should Look at the Stars. Finally a few new Philly-area releases to note: Kristine Leschper (fka Mothers) makes her baroque solo debut, and familial retro rockers Ceramic Animal make a fine match with Dan Auerbach. PRESS PLAY on these new releases (and plenty more) below…
