Texas singer-songwriter Hayes Carll came on the scene in the early 2000s with an easygoing, everyman style of storytelling that’s earned comparisons to John Prine and Townes Van Zandt. Accolades and awards, including a Grammy nomination, have followed him since over the course of six albums. His latest is called You Get It All, and on the next World Cafe, Hayes performs some of the new songs, plus an old favorite, in a mini-concert from the stage of AmericanaFest in Nashville.
