Shybits join host Raina Douris for “Sense Of Place: Berlin”
In a new “Sense of Place” series, World Cafe travels to Berlin. The city’s rock scene continues to boom in the Prenzlauer Berg neighborhood, where up-and-coming artists flock to a hole-in-the-wall called 8MM bar. There, you can find bands like Shybits. They perform a live set of music from their newly released debut album, Body Lotion, on the World Cafe. Plus, we’ll hear about the 20-year history of 8MM in a conversation with the venue’s founder, Alex Remzi.
