Weird Bloom joins host Raina Douris

The sound of 70s psychedelic glam rock lives on in Rome. Weird Bloom perfected their latest album Stargate with the help of Don Bolles, known for his work with 70s punk band Germs. On the World Cafe, bandleader Luca Di Cataldo talks about connecting with Bolles and how he influenced the band’s work. He also shares how he has helped nurture other musician’s work with his small indie label and studio, Pom Pom. That and a blistering live performance by Weird Bloom from the stage of Alcazar Live in Rome.
