Sofia Portanet joins host Raina Douris for “Sense of Place: Berlin”
Sofia Portanet does a little bit of everything…Although she was trained as an opera singer, her music is a modern mix of opera with a bit of pop and rock. AND the Berlin based artist, who grew up in Paris, sings in multiple languages, sometimes within the same song. We’ll learn how Sofia found her sound on the next installment of World Cafe’s “Sense of Place: Berlin” series. And she performs a special live set recorded at the famous Hansa Studios.
