Jim Kweskin joins host Stephen Kallao
In the 1960’s Jim Kweskin’s Jug Band was part of the Folk Revival, taking the stage at Newport Festival several times. Kweskin’s work inspired bands like The Grateful Dead and The Lovin’ Spoonful. His new album, Doing Things Right, is a throwback to the music of the early 20th century. Jim Kweskin talks about his lifelong love of folk music on the World Cafe.
