When touring shut down during the pandemic and scuttled his touring and promotional plans for his last album, Mike Hadreas of Perfume Genius suddenly had a lot of time. And, for the first time in a long time, nowhere to go. On the World Cafe, Perfume Genius performs live, and Mike talks about what he learned about himself during that downtime, and how it gave rise to his latest album, Glory.
