KRVS Mini Festival with Host Stephen Kallao
To kick off a new season of our Acadiana Music Showcase, we are headed to the Festivals Acadiens et Créoles. What began as a 3-hour concert in 1974 in Lafayette, the festival has grown into a 3-day event celebrating Southern Louisiana’s Cajun and Creole heritage. Today, to get us fired up for this year’s festival in October, we’ll hear performances recorded at past festivals.
