Combining musicians from Mexico, Chile, and Colorado, 2MX2 take on issues like immigration, mental health, and politics with a focus on unity. This year they were voted “Band You’d Drive 105.5 miles to See” by listeners from radio station The Colorado Sound – a write-in only award, which shows just how much locals love them. On the next World Cafe, hear a mini concert recorded at Washingtons in Fort Collins as a part of the Sense of Place: Colorado series.
