Public Radio Music Day

Public radio music stations around the country are dedicated to discovering and supporting new artists – And World Cafe is celebrating that as part of Public Radio Music Day! Coming up, we’ll hear from a handful of those stations – Like KXT in Dallas, where they were early adopters of Leon Bridges, and KCSN in Los Angeles, who boosted local band Dawes. Plus, hear music from Phoebe Bridgers, Tame Impala, Adele, Japanese Breakfast, and so many others who had public radio behind them as some of their earliest champions.
