Anaïs Mitchell is a member of Bonny Light Horseman and wrote the hit musical Hadestown. She was living in New York as the pandemic approached the city. After Broadway shut down, she fled to her family’s farm in Vermont. Anaïs Mitchell tells stories about how those experiences shaped the songs on her new album.
