Friday to Sunday: Delaware Valley Bluegrass Festival at the Salem County Fair Association
The three-day bluegrass festival in New Jersey will kick off Friday at noon and run through 6 p.m. Sunday. Acts on the schedule include The Travelin’ McCourys, the Dan Tyminski Band, Kathy Mattea, and more.
Saturday: Kehlani at Freedom Mortgage Pavilion
R&B, hip-hop, and pop singer-songwriter Kehlani is coming back to the Philly area on her world tour after she had a killer set at Roots Picnic 2026. Over in Camden, the California native will be joined by Durand Bernarr, TheARTI$t, WASEEL, Dixson.
Sunday: MEMORIALS at PhilaMOCA
UK duo MEMORIALS released their fifth album in just five years’ time in March and are coming stateside for a small run of shows that includes a solo Philly stop. We highly recommend checking out the tracks “Cut Glass Hammer,” “Mediocre Demon,” and “I Dropped Down The Well” from their new record.
Monday: Peter Hook & the Light at Union Transfer
Pioneering post-punk progenitor Peter Hook is bringing his band to Philly for a night of classic New Order and Joy Division songs on Labor Day. He just released a live album that was recorded at O2 Victoria Warehouse Manchester in England.
Tuesday: Gary Clark Jr. at Keswick Theatre
Grammy Award-winning guitar slinger Gary Clark Jr. will fill the air at the Keswick with his blues rock sounds Tuesday night. While the Texas native has not announced a new record, he did drop a new song with Paul Val in June.
Wednesday: DJ Jazzy Jeff at Longwood Gardens
Philly music royalty at one of the region’s most beautiful outdoor spaces? Sign us up! DJ Jazzy Jeff is performing at Longwood Gardens’ Main Fountain Garden Wednesday night. Be sure to check out his World Cafe interview with host Stephen Kallao to learn all the Jazzy Jeff lore.
Thursday: Bilmuri at The Fillmore
The Fillmore is hosting a night fit for pop-punkers, with Bilmuri and Knuckle Puck sharing the night’s bill. Bilmuri (pronounced like the actor’s name) is the solo project from John Franck, formerly of metalcore outfit Attack Attack!, and blends that genre with pop, electronic, and punk music.
