Residuels, the Philly garage-punk side project that could, is hitting the road this week for a mini-tour across the northeast. The band – a collaboration between Creepoid’s Pat Troxell and Moon Women’s Justin Pittney –  kicks the trek off at Kung Fu Necktie tomorrow night, opening for The Limes, The Spider Bags and Troxell’s old band The Golden Boys. Residuels’ self-titled EP is coming out later this fall, and it ends with a cover of “Sex Beat” by The Gun Club, which you can listen to below.
