Listen to Oldermost’s new song “To Seed” (playing the West Kensington Ministry on Saturday)
A few months after the first hints of a new album from Oldermost were dropped, the dreamy psych-rock band has released a second single from its upcoming I Live Here Now LP. “To Seed” is a melodic, swirling song that opens with fluttery piano arpeggios and swelling strings that call to mind a seedling being carried through the air by the wind. Along with the other tracks on the album, the song was recorded at Miner Street Recording in Fishtown (home of the Shaking Through sessions). Oldermost headlines the inaugural show at West Kensington Ministry this Saturday, August 10th with Royal Forest, The Virgins Family Band and Mock Suns. More information for the all-ages show can be found on the Facebook event page here.
