Underground Arts will be taken over by awesome double bill, Thao and the Get Down Stay Down and Saintseneca

Underground Arts will play host an exceptional double bill featuring indie-folkers Thao and the Get Down Stay Down  and Saintseneca on April 16th.

The constantly surprising Thao and the Get Down Stay Down have been suspiciously quiet since their acclaimed and awesome 2013 LP, We The Common, so maybe a recent announcement about spring tour indicates something in the works for the unique indie-rock group — at least, we hope.

Saintseneca, on the other hand, have been quite busy as of late, having released two albums in the last tow years; 2014’s Dark Ark and 2015’s excellent Such Things (both via ANTI- Records). The Ohio-based quintet, like Thao Nguyen and company, are known for their style of indie and folk rock that implements a wide variety of instrumentation to achieve their unique sound.
