Lianne La Havas to play an initmate solo show at Ortlieb’s

British singer-songwriter Lianne La Havas released one of our favorite albums this year, Blood. The soulful singer is returning to Philly, playing an intimate solo acoustic set at Ortlieb’s on Saturday, February 6th.

With or without a band, Lianne has a soulful, stunning voice. On Blood, the followup to her 2012 debut, she comes across even more confident and wiser than her youthful 25 years suggests. Seeing her in the intimacy of Ortlieb’s has significant goose-bump raising potential. In October LaHavas visited World Cafe and did an interview and performance with Cafe Host David Dye.
