Singer-songwriter Ben Smith formerly of the bands Missing Palmer West and Wise and Foolish Builders has been working on a new solo album since December at Milkboy Recording Studios. You can listen to a new “early mix” of the song called “Let’s Tempt Fate” on Ben’s new tumblr here. The chamber-folk ballad features Eliza Hardy Jones from The Buried Beds on backing vocals.
