Tonight’s Concert Pick: Sia, Oh Land, and Ximena Sarinana at The Trocadero

Musical influences from Copenhagen, Australia and Mexico are the order for tonight’s show at The Trocadero featuring performances from Danish musician Nanna Øland Fabricius who performs as Oh Land, Mexico’s Ximena Sarinana, and headliner Sia. Once a singer with Zero 7 and the voice behind “Breathe Me,” a stand out song from the 2005 Six Feet Under soundtrack, Sia’s recent album is the 2010 release, We Are Born, produced by Greg Kurstin of The Bird & The Bee. Kurstin is also responsible for the production of the new self-titled release by Ximena, which is also her English language debut. Tickets to tonight’s all ages show are $22.00.
