Philly rapper Dice Raw will be making the rounds at the 5th Annual Roots Picnic this weekend, performing with the Roots Crew on the main stage both days, as well as headlining a label showcase of sorts on the second stage. On the bill are fellow Philadelphians Young Gliss and Rone – all affiliates of Dice’s own Raw Life imprint – and the man himself will headline with a solo set that we expect will dig deep into his forthcoming full-length The Greatest Rapper Never: The Transformation.

Today, Dice released the latest single from the album – an eerie soul groove called “Rear Window.” The song was produced by Rick Friedrich, who also worked with Dice on the harmonious banger “Lighthouse” from The Roots’ 2011 album Undun.
